We all have high points and low points... times when God’s movement is so clear, and other times it’s as though God is shrouded in fog. But Jesus is there in all circumstances, in the midst of confusion & uncertainty, and He is running after you through it all.

Right there is the gap in the story, like the gap in the fireworks show.  Three days, from Friday to Sunday.

John 10:3

The sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.

John 4:14

But whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.

John 10:28

I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand.

Discussion Questions:

1. Does receiving Jesus’ gift of salvation challenge any of the ways you have approached God in the past?

2. When you consider the fact that Jesus calls you by name, what does that speak to regarding your relationship with God?

3. Have you ever been surprised when God brought about an ending to a circumstance that you didn’t expect? What did you learn?
