QUESTIONS OF LIFE

Who is Jesus?

I. JESUS IS GOD RELATIONALLY
John 1:1-2 (CEB) "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. The Word was with God in the beginning."

II. JESUS IS GOD CREATIVELY
John 1:3 (CEB) "Everything came into being through the Word, and without the Word  nothing came into being."

III. JESUS IS GOD REDEMPTIVELY
John 1:4-5 (CEB) "What came into being  through the Word was life, and the life was the light for all people. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness doesn’t extinguish the light."

 DISCUSSION QUESTIONS

1. How does the fact that we see perfect relationship lived out in the trinity speak to God’s desire for us in relationships?
2. In what ways do you experience the creative nature of Christ?  Have you watched Jesus create solutions out of nothing?
3. Where have you witnessed the Light of Christ recently in your walk with God?  How has that light changed your circumstance?
